Neil Cohen

Neil Cohen is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Strategy at Noveon Magnetics Inc. since February 2024 and as Founder of Heritage Capital Partners since May 2023. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Epoch Resources from April 2019 to September 2021, and Consultant at Crimson Renewable Energy, LP in 2019. From September 2012 to June 2017, Neil held the position of Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Earthstone Energy, Inc. Previous experience includes Associate Director in Energy Investment Banking at UBS Investment Bank and Analyst roles in Debt Capital Markets at both UBS and Merrill Lynch. Neil began career as a Commodities Analyst at Hess Corporation. Neil holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
