Shannon Gerken

Shannon Gerken is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services since March 2022, Shannon also holds the position of Deputy Program Manager at Novetta since January 2017. Past roles include Project Lead at Semantic Research, Inc. from October 2008 to January 2017, Consultant at BearingPoint from August 2007 to October 2008, and Marine One Crew Chief with the Marine Helicopter Squadron One from June 1999 to June 2004. Shannon's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School, earned between 2016 and 2018, and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in International Relations and National Security Studies and Political Science from The Ohio State University, completed between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, Shannon is pursuing a Consulting Skills Certification from Yale University.
