Kaj Rawstron

Kaj Rawstron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in offshore production systems and project management. Currently serving as the Company Owner and Consultant at Red Rose Offshore, LLC since March 2024, Kaj leads the FPSO Project Management for the BWE Maromba Project. Previously, as Offshore Production Systems Manager at Novetus, Kaj managed various critical projects, including the Eni Mexico FPSO MIAMTE MV-34 and conducted several due diligence studies for major oil and gas entities. With a background in project management at MODEC Offshore Production Systems and other organizations, Kaj has been integral in overseeing the execution and delivery of complex FPSO projects globally. Kaj holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
