Jennifer Norman, CAE

Jennifer Norman, CAE, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer currently holds the position of VP of Customer Growth at Novi AMS since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Experience at the same company from August 2015 to March 2022.

In 2019, Jennifer briefly served as the President of AMA Tampa Bay from July 2019 to June 2020. Their other work experiences include being the Digital Marketing Director at The iLS network from August 2015 to 2016, and Sr. Account Executive at Frankel Media Group from February 2013 to August 2015.

Before venturing into marketing and advertising, they gained sales experience as an Account Executive at WCJB TV20 from January 2008 to February 2013, where they also managed social media for the local ABC news and CW affiliates. Additionally, Jennifer held the position of Programs Chair at the Advertising Federation of Gainesville from July 2010 to July 2011, showcasing their involvement in professional organizations.

Their early career includes serving as a Server at Bonefish Grill from April 2004 to February 2008 and as a Sales Associate at Round Robin from 2001 to December 2003. Jennifer Norman, CAE obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida, where they attended from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in February 2021.
