Ted Cross

Ted Cross is an experienced professional in the field of geology and product management, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Novi Labs since May 2019. In this role, Ted leads product strategy, sets the product roadmap, and develops detailed designs and requirements for Novi products. As a Technical Advisor, Ted contributes expertise in machine learning applications for shale development and effectively communicates complex technical information to diverse audiences, showcasing thought leadership with numerous papers and presentations. Prior to Novi Labs, Ted held key positions at ConocoPhillips, including Senior Geologist focused on the Bakken/Three Forks play and played a vital role in a significant exploration project in Mexico. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Arizona and dual Bachelor's degrees in Geology and Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
