Nati Gilboa has extensive work experience in quality assurance and software testing. Nati currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at Novidea. Prior to that, they were the QA Lead at bolt and the Quality Assurance Test Manager at Sapiens. Nati also worked as a QA Team Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Tesnet. Nati started their career as a Senior Software QA Engineer at Sapiens. Before transitioning to the field of QA, Nati worked as a Business Requirements Analyst at Migdal Insurance Co. and a QA Tester at Tesnet. Nati began their professional journey as an Insurance Clerk at Mivtach Saimon Insurance Agency and later became a Customer Service Team Leader at The Israeli Phoenix Ins. Company. Nati's experience spans various industries and they consistently demonstrate their expertise in quality assurance and leadership skills.

Nati Gilboa received their LL.B degree in Law and Justice from Ono Academic College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to this, they completed a course in Life Insurance and Pension from the College of Insurance in 2005. Furthermore, they obtained a Matriculation degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Yeshivat Bnei Akiva Kfar Haroeh, studying there from 1998 to 2000.
