Yaniv Cohen serves as Chief Customer Officer, leading the global delivery and customer success organization. He oversees Novidea's customers’ journey, including onboarding, implementation, and adoption, advocacy and retention, as well as outcomes such as renewals. Previously, Yaniv served as Corporate VP of Global Professional Services at Ex Libris responsible for product and project implementation and success, new products integration (NPI), project and program management, technical consultation and product implementation, data migration operation, data migration development tools & automation, and monitoring of KPIs and profitability. Prior to that, Yaniv held management positions at Verint Systems, including COO, VP of Business Development, and VP of Customer Care. Yaniv also held executive positions at Emblaze Systems and Elbit Systems.
Yaniv holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Coventry University and an MSc in Business Management from Polytechnic University.
