We differentiate ourselves with producers of potato starch which is processed in a traditional way from the whole potato. Novidon is the largest purchaser of sidestream starch in Europe at the potato processing industry. We take care of sidestream starch which is released during production of potatoes into French fries and crisps. Novidon has a unique business which relies on service, innovation and sustainability. The starch is extracted from the process water and transported to one of the factories in the Netherlands, Belgium and United Kingdom. There, the starch is refined and produced into both technical grade and food grade starch for different industries.
