Fredrik Lindén

Fredrik Lindén has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Fredrik'smost recent position is as the Head of Leasing Property Asset Management and Partner at Novier, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Leasing at Novi Real Estate AB from December 2017 to February 2022. From 2013 to 2017, Fredrik worked at Kungsleden as a Leasing Manager, responsible for leasing properties in Danderyd and the southern Stockholm area. Before that, they worked at GE Capital Real Estate as a Leasing Manager from June 2010 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, Fredrik held various positions at Newsec, including Project Manager from 2005 to 2010 and Communication Manager in 2004. Fredrik also has experience as a Key Account Manager and CFO at Datscha AB from 2000 to 2003. Fredrik's background includes roles as an Ekonomikonsult at Stockholms Läns Landsting, Sydöstra Sjukvårdsområdet from 1994 to 1997, and in finance and accounting at AB Sollentunahem from 1993 to 1994.

Fredrik Lindén attended Åsö Gymnasium from 1985 to 1988, where they completed their Gymnasieingenjör degree in the field of Byggnadsingenjör. After that, they enrolled at Stockholm University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Civilekonom degree with a specialization in Business.
