Cara Rogers

Cara Rogers is a seasoned finance professional with experience as the Chief Financial Officer at NOVIPAX, where Cara leads the development of innovative absorbent solutions for fresh food packaging. Prior to this, Cara held roles at Chief, a private network for senior women leaders, as well as Corporate Accounting Manager at ThoughtWorks and Senior Associate at Crowe Horwath LLP. Cara holds a Masters in Accounting Science and a Bachelor's in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
