Brooke Worzalla, MBA, HRM has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Human Resources at Novir, starting from November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bright Cellars from November 2019 to November 2021 as the Director of People & Culture, where they played a key role in growing the company and establishing best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

Before their role at Bright Cellars, Brooke worked at Baird as an HR Business Advisor from June 2017 to August 2019.
