Melissa H. has a long and varied work experience. Melissa started their career in 2009 as a Junior Officer at PMRA Health Canada. In 2010, they held four different roles - Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, Federation Orientation Committee Member at the University of Waterloo, Junior Project Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Front Desk Assistant at the University of Waterloo Residence. In 2011, they worked as a Chemical Management Plan Assistant at Health Canada. From 2012 to 2021, Melissa worked at WE, where they held four different roles - Associate Director Client Experience, Manager Client Experience, Client Acquisition & Engagement Coordinator, and Volunteer Coordinator. In 2021, they moved to Roadmunk, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, Melissa is a Customer Success Manager at Novisto.

Melissa H. attended the University of Calgary from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended the University of Waterloo from 2007 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor degree in Environmental Studies and a School Diploma in Business.
