Soumaya Ben Jeddi

Soumaya Ben Jeddi has been working in the talent acquisition and recruitment field since 2014. Soumaya started their career as a Recruiter and Production Artist at Vistaprint, where they were responsible for recruiting talent for various positions in the Customer Service Center and determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. In 2020, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at VIA Rail Canada and as a Bilingual Recruiter On Site at ManpowerGroup. Soumaya is currently employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Novisto.

Soumaya Ben Jeddi obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and civilization from the Institut supérieur des langues de Tunis in 2015. Soumaya then went on to pursue a Master's degree in English for Communication and Business from the same institution. In 2018, they obtained a Recruiter Certification Program from the Recruitement Education Institute, as well as a Leadership Exploration and Preparation from vistaprint.
