Mike Hess

Mike Hess has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mike began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Wald Imports Wholesale Baskets, Containers, Planters, Decorative Storage, where they focused on digital transformation and oversaw accounts and marketing initiatives. Mike then moved on to The Marketing Practice as an Inside Sales Manager, where they successfully created the Inside Sales Department and achieved major mergers and acquisitions.

Afterward, Mike joined Xerox as a Digital Services Executive Engagement Manager, working with digital engineers and consultants to optimize customer experiences for various organizations. Mike later joined PARC, a Xerox Company, as an Innovation & Digital Transformation Engagement Manager, where they facilitated engagement with industry leaders in innovation and emerging technologies.

Mike then joined Novity as an IIoT Executive Engagement Manager, contributing to the commercial success of their advanced predictive maintenance analytics technology in the industrial manufacturing sector. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at Novity, focusing on assisting organizations in achieving zero unplanned downtime.

Mike Hess earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Oregon State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
