Jean-Christophe Fonfreyde

Jean-Christophe Fonfreyde serves as the Executive Director and Head of Total Reward at Novo Holdings since August 2025 and holds positions on various advisory boards and committees, including the Reward & Employee Benefits Association as an Advisory Board Member and The Law Society's People & Remuneration Committee. In addition, Jean-Christophe is a member and ambassador for La Corrèze en partage in London and has been a mentor for the NEF+ Programme since September 2014, aiding the development of future entrepreneurs. Prior roles include Head of Reward at Ofcom, where Jean-Christophe created a new Total Reward function, and Associate Director of Reward & Wellbeing at Wellcome Trust, leading a team and managing a significant budget. Jean-Christophe also has extensive experience as a Partner at Telos Partners and Managing Director at Papillon Consulting Ltd, along with an academic background in European Business Administration from NEOMA Business School and Middlesex University.
