Jessica Li is a Growth Equity Associate at Novo Holdings, where employment began in March 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard from 2022 to 2024, focusing on healthcare M&A and strategic advisory within biotech, pharma, and tools & diagnostics sectors. Previous roles include Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Lazard, Director of Banking at Becoming Businesswomen, and Co-founder & President of the Healthcare Business Association at Berkeley. Jessica Li also served as an undergraduate research assistant in molecular and cellular biology, a teaching scholar in organic chemistry, and held positions at Helpsy Health, Ant Financial, and IDG Capital. Educational background features a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Honors, both obtained from the University of California, Berkeley.
