Ricardo Almeida

Ricardo Almeida is currently serving as a Commercial Assistant at NOVO BANCO since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ricardo held various positions at Aveiro Smart Business, including Director of Finance and a member of the Board of Auditors and Human Resources Department from April 2021 to June 2023. Ricardo gained experience as a Controller Trainee at Faurecia from September 2022 to March 2023, providing support in Global Business Services. Additionally, involvement in financial activities was demonstrated as a member of the Finance Department for the Federação Nacional de Estudantes de Economia e Gestão from December 2021 to September 2022. Leadership skills were displayed in roles such as 1st Secretary of the General Assembly at Núcleo de Estudantes de Economia - AAUAv and as a mentor in the Tutoring Program at Universidade de Aveiro. Ricardo's academic background includes a current master's degree in Economics from Universidade de Aveiro, alongside a bachelor's degree in Economics earned from the same institution between 2019 and 2022.
