Ricardo Tente Duarte

Ricardo Tente Duarte has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Ricardo started their career at Banco Espírito Santo S.A. in 1999, where they held various roles such as Trainee, Technician Analyst & Risk, Senior Customer Business Manager, Branch Director, Project Manager, Business Consultant, and Retail Regional Director. In 2014, they joined novobanco as a Retail Regional Director and later served as Corporate Director before becoming the Product Owner and Project Manager for NB Digital. Ricardo then transitioned to the role of PMO in the Department of Development and Marketing before finally being appointed as the Commercial Director at novobanco in April 2022.

Ricardo Tente Duarte has a strong educational background in the field of business and leadership. In 1994, they enrolled at the Universidade Moderna de Lisboa and completed their graduation in Business Administration and Management in 1999. Following this, in 2007, they attended the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where they completed a Leadership and Coaching Program, focusing on Organizational Leadership. In 2010, Ricardo pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Executive Management. Lastly, in 2018, they attended the Nova School of Business and Economics for an Advanced Leadership Program specifically designed for enhancing their skills in organizational leadership.
