Scott Douglass

Scott Douglass has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Scott is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Novo Building Products, where they oversee all IT functions, including IT operations, business intelligence, and ERP systems. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of IT at Novo Building Products, where they managed multiple ERP systems and provided data warehousing for analytics. Before joining Novo Building Products, Scott worked at The Empire Company as the Director of Application Development, where they introduced Agile and Scrum methodologies, migrated to modern systems for data analytics, and played a role in developing the corporate eCommerce strategy. Prior to that, they were the Applications Development Manager at The Empire Company, where they introduced modern development architectures and technologies, expanded the development team, and took on additional development responsibilities for sister companies. Scott also worked as a Web Developer at GFT Markets, where they contributed to the replacement of company brochure websites with newly developed websites. Scott has also held positions as a Software Engineer at Broadway Systems and an Application Software Developer at Dematic Corp. Earlier in their career, Scott worked at Pridgeon & Clay as a Business Analyst and Help Desk Coordinator, where they managed software development projects, provided support, and maintained software applications.

Scott Douglass attended Lowell Senior High School from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a College Prep curriculum. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Andrews University from 1997 to 2001. At Andrews University, Scott obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
