Sarah Garcia has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Sarah currently holds the position of Project Executive / Director of DEI at NOVO Construction, Inc. since December 2021, where they were previously a Senior Project Manager. Before joining NOVO Construction, Inc., Sarah worked as a Project Manager at San Francisco International Airport from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Turner Construction Company, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Risk Management, and Preconstruction Services. Sarah also had a brief stint in business development at Turner Construction Company. Sarah began their career with the City & County of San Francisco as a Project Manager, where they were involved in various projects including Golden Gate Park Improvement Projects, King Street Surface Improvements, Mid-Embarcadero Projects, and SF Main Library Project.
Sarah Garcia has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Sarah also has a certification in LEED AP Building Design + Construction from the U.S. Green Building Council.
