Joe Shough

Joe Shough began working in the industrial laundering business right out of college in 2000. He started as a service supervisor, quickly earned the position of service manager, and then moved into production and sales. After overseeing two acquisitions for Van Dyne Crotty, he became the general manager for Northeast Ohio. In 2006, Shough joined Paris to manage business development and work closely with the service team. In the ensuing years, Paris has had consecutive years of record-setting growth and added more than 80 new hospital and nursing home partners. In 2019, he took on the role of Vice President of Sales & Service where he specializes in identifying, fostering, and nurturing win-win solutions.
