Hocine W. Mankouri

Hocine W. Mankouri is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in molecular genetics and biochemistry. Currently serving as a Senior Scientific Lead at the Novo Nordisk Foundation since April 2018, previously held roles include Senior Scientific Manager and Scientific Officer. Prior to this position, Hocine was an Associate Professor at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from October 2010 to April 2018, where management of a research group at the Center for Chromosomal Stability was a key focus. Hocine's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Sheffield (1994-1997), followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Genetics from the University of Liverpool (1997-2001), and a postdoctoral research scientist position at the University of Oxford from January 2002 to October 2010.
