Aparna Raghavan

Aparna Raghavan possesses extensive experience in scientific communications and program development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Rare Disease Program Development & Training at Novo Nordisk, beginning in July 2022, prior roles include Associate Director of Rare Disease Scientific Resources and Training and Senior Manager of Scientific Communications at the same company. Before joining Novo Nordisk, Raghavan was with Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Manager of Scientific Communications, where responsibility included leading publication strategy for investigational products. Earlier experience includes positions at Integra LifeSciences as a Senior Medical Writer and Medical Writer, focusing on regulatory submissions and health economics. Raghavan's career began with roles as a Medical Writer at Adecco Staffing and as a Writing Intern at Clapway. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from The University of Toledo and a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Institute of Chemical Technology in India.
