Christie Pazdzierski

Christie Pazdzierski is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and legal strategy. Currently serving as Head of Legal Strategy and Operations at Novo Nordisk, Christie manages legal compliance and strategic operations within the organization. Previous roles include Senior Counsel for Employment Law, where Christie provided legal guidance and led training initiatives, as well as Employment Counsel advising on compliance issues. Prior experience includes litigation as an Associate Attorney at Littler, judicial clerking at the United States Courts and New Jersey Supreme Court, and representation of state agencies as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. Christie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University.
