US Head, Customer Experience And Marketing Enablement at Novo Nordisk

Ericka Higgins has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and marketing sectors, currently serving as the US Head of Customer Experience and Marketing Enablement at Novo Nordisk since June 2012. Throughout this tenure, Ericka has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Commercial Operations, Senior Director of Omni-Channel Marketing, and Director of Non-Personal Promotion. Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, Ericka worked as Account Director at DKI and as a Product Manager at Barr Pharmaceuticals. Ericka began professional career as a Senior Account Executive at Healthstar Communications. Educationally, Ericka holds a Design Thinking Certificate from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
