Francis Prashanth

Francis Prashanth has extensive experience in the fields of innovation management and project leadership within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the EA to SVP Global Solutions and Manager of Innovation GBS at Novo Nordisk, Francis is responsible for defining the GBS Innovation strategy and leading initiatives such as the GBS Innovation Garage's "Fast Track" program. Previous roles include serving as a Country Manager at Health 2.0 and Director at Ritacan Consulting & Analytics, where responsibilities involved overseeing analytics and business intelligence solutions. Earlier roles include Associate Manager at IMS Health, Application Specialist at Millipore, Marketing Specialist at Merck Millipore, and Sales Specialist at Metrohm India Limited. Francis holds a Master's degree in Microbiology from Bangalore University and completed an Executive Education Program in Design Thinking at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
