Holly Giza

Holly Giza currently serves as Manager of TA Tech - Process & Architecture at Novo Nordisk, reporting to the Director of Talent Operations and supporting global Talent Acquisition recruiting systems and processes. Previously, Holly worked as Project Manager III at Kelly, where support was provided to the Novo Nordisk Talent Acquisition team. Holly's earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Dell EMC as Sr Principal Business Consultant/HRIS Specialist, managing global HR systems and contributing to Talent Acquisition HCM projects, as well as a role as HRIS Manager. Holly began her career at Dover Instrument. Holly holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Westfield State University.
