Jessie

Jessie Ma currently serves as the Head of Digital Innovation Hub at 诺和诺德 since September 2022, leading a team to drive digital innovation for NN China in commercial, manufacturing, and R&D domains. Previously, Jessie held the position of Digital Therapeutics Lead at Sanofi from April 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included building innovative digital therapeutic solutions, identifying opportunities within the portfolio, and establishing governance models to enhance execution speed. Prior experience as Project Development Director at Fosun Pharma involved early-stage medical device project investment and leading high-impact R&D initiatives. Jessie's career also includes a role at 3M as a specialist, focusing on new product commercialization and market analysis, along with experience in medical device R&D. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a PhD in Material Science from South China University of Technology.
