Karina Lee Petersen

Karina Lee Petersen is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project and programme governance, particularly in IT and healthcare. Currently employed at Novo Nordisk since February 2024, Karina previously held senior project management positions at Itera and DSB, focusing on agile IT projects and quality assurance. Earlier roles include Head of PMO for SAP Business Transformation at LEO Pharma and PMO and Risk Manager for a healthcare platform at the Capital Region of Denmark. Karina has a solid educational background with degrees in Literature from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Southern Denmark, along with additional studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
