Katherine Williams

Katherine Williams is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, specializing in total rewards, compensation, and benefits. Katherine served as Director of Total Rewards at Novo Nordisk from April 2020 to October 2022, holding additional roles as Head of Global Benefits and Regional Head of Rewards for South East Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this, Katherine worked at Infosys Technologies Ltd as Associate Manager in Compensation and Benefits and at Edwards as a Compensation and Benefits Advisor. Early in the career, Katherine was an HR and Recruitment Officer at Tie Rack Retail Limited Group. Katherine holds a BA Hons in Business Administration from Portsmouth University and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources from Central Sussex College.
