Luca Sartori

Luca Sartori currently serves as a Supply Planner at Novo Nordisk since June 2022. Prior experience includes positions at L'Oréal as a Nordic Subcontracting Planner and Subcontracting Graduate, where responsibilities involved managing the re-labelling flow, coordinating label procurement, and optimizing co-packing parameters. Previously, Luca held the role of Master Thesis Student at MAN Diesel & Turbo, focusing on machine-hour increase and KPI optimization. Additional experience as a Procurement Analyst at AGSM Energia involved data analysis and process optimization, while a role as Project Management Consultant at TECHNITAL included project management and financial analysis. Luca holds a Master of Science in Operations and Management Engineering from Aalborg University and has additional education from Copenhagen Business School and Università di Trento.
