Min He

Min Min has extensive experience in analytical sciences and CMC strategy development, currently serving as Associate Director at Novo Nordisk since February 2024. Prior to this role, Min held various positions at Biogen from February 2012 to November 2023, including Sr. Manager/Sr. Scientist, where significant contributions were made to CMC development and strategic planning for small molecule programs. Min's career began at Rhodia as a Chemist, followed by roles at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services, culminating in expertise as an Analytical Scientist and Sr. Analytical Chemist. Min holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Fudan University.
