Molly Herring

Molly Herring, CCP, GRP, is currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards North America at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities include leading the Compensation and Benefits team in the U.S. Prior to this role, Molly held leadership positions at Raytheon Technologies, including Total Rewards COE Leader and Global Optimization Leader, focusing on compensation, benefits strategy, and HR transformation initiatives. Earlier experience includes directing a global Total Rewards team at Pratt & Whitney and managing HR M&A efforts within United Technologies. Molly holds a BS in Materials Science Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and has earned certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
