Rachel Blankstein

Rachel Blankstein has over a decade of experience at Novo Nordisk, where currently serves as the Sustainability & Wellbeing Lead, a role established to enhance stakeholder engagement and drive wellbeing strategies. During tenure at Novo Nordisk, Rachel also held the position of Wellbeing Lead & GM Assistant from November 2009 to June 2022, achieving recognition with the Outstanding HR Team award in 2020. In terms of education, Rachel completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences at The Open University of Israel in October 2023, following a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo in October 2004.
