Sophie Ryberg Juliussen

Sophie Ryberg Juliussen currently serves as a GMP Supporter at Novo Nordisk, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Sophie worked as a Quality and Improvement Consultant at Region Hovedstadens Psykiatri from February 2021 to February 2024, facilitating improvement initiatives and conducting training in LEAN methodologies. Sophie has also held roles as a Development Consultant at Københavns Kommune, focusing on improvement work and competency development, and as a Nutrition Consultant at Gribskov Kommune, targeting malnutrition among elderly citizens. Additional experience includes a Health Consultant position at Ballerup Kommune, and a research role at Roskilde Sygehus. Sophie holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, both from the University of Copenhagen, as well as a high school diploma with a focus on mathematics and philosophy from Vordingborg Gymnasium og HF.
