Tara Semisch currently serves as Senior Director, Executive Office People Operations at Novo Nordisk, a position held since March 2024, where responsibilities include driving operational excellence and advancing strategic priorities within the North America People & Organization team. Previously, Tara has held various leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, including Director of People Operations and Director of Field Training & Development, focusing on the development and implementation of operational strategies and HR programs. With a career at Novo Nordisk spanning over two decades, Tara has demonstrated strong expertise in training, event management, and strategic planning, beginning as an Associate Manager in Strategic Meeting & Events in 1999. Tara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Interior Design from the University of Delaware.
