Tim Roiy Andersen

Tim Roiy Andersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of Distributed Control Systems Center of Excellence at Novo Nordisk since May 2023, Tim is focused on building global capabilities in DCS. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group from January 2016 to June 2023. Tim's background includes roles at GRUNDFOS, where responsibilities encompassed business analysis and project analysis, particularly related to product development for the Chinese market. Earlier positions include financial controlling at Ørgreen Optics, ski and windsurf instruction, and various part-time jobs. Educational achievements include a Master's Double Degree in Business Administration and Innovation Management from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
