Tom Whelligan-Fell

Tom Whelligan-Fell serves as the HR Director for Novo Nordisk's Oxford Research Centre and as a Senior Global HR Business Partner in Drug Discovery since November 2021. Previously, Tom held multiple roles at Ramboll from July 2014 to November 2021, including Head of HR Operations Transformation and HR Operations for Europe, and various Global HR Business Partner positions focusing on support functions and management consulting. Tom's professional journey began at Michael Page UK as a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist and included roles at Shell as HR Site Lead and HR Advisor. Tom holds a 2:1 degree in Geography and Town Planning from the University of Liverpool.
