Troels Felding

Troels Felding currently serves as Plant Manager at Remilk, a company focused on producing cow-free milk proteins through fermentation, emphasizing sustainability and high animal welfare. Previously, Troels held various leadership roles at Novo Nordisk A/S, including Director of API Fermentation & Recovery and head of aseptic vial filling line, overseeing significant production ramp-ups and project developments. Troels began at Novo Nordisk in 2004 as a QA Chemist, later managing both API purification and production teams. Earlier experience includes a role as a research assistant at Carlsberg Group, where Troels developed advanced molecular tools for brewer's yeast research. Troels holds a Candidate of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Copenhagen, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
