Uffe Keldsen

Uffe Keldsen is an experienced professional specializing in lean management and quality improvement. Currently serving in a Lean role at Novo Nordisk since May 2024, Uffe previously held positions at Region Hovedstadens Psykiatri as the Quality and Improvement Manager, Consultant, and Lean Consultant from November 2010 to December 2023, focusing on managing and facilitating lean initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Scientific Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark in early 2010, where resource planning in the public healthcare system was a primary focus, as well as a position as Project Assistant at IBM Global Services, involved in the development of a project reporting system from May 2008 to August 2009. Uffe holds a Master of Science in Production and Management from the Technical University of Denmark, with additional education at Lodz University of Technology.
