Ken Bresser has been in the workforce since 2003. Ken began their career at Novo (formerly CRM Empowering Leaders) as an Area Director and eventually became a Regional Director. In 2019, they joined Amplio Recruiting as a Refugee Workforce Specialist and Sales Professional.

Ken Bresser received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from Wayne State University in 1991. Ken then went on to earn their Master of Divinity degree from Trinity International University in 2002.
