Lisa Oliveira (Carrick)

Lisa Oliveira (Carrick) has been working in the professional field since 2004. Lisa began their career as the Executive Director of YouthWorks Canada in 2004. In 2008, they moved to Child Of Mine as the Assistant Executive Director. In 2009, they became the Chief Financial Officer of CRM Leaders Canada. Lisa then joined Pacific Crossroads Church in 2010 as the Senior Director and Director of Global Missions. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Novo (formerly CRM Empowering Leaders) as an Executive and Leadership Coach. In this role, they specialize in Organization Design, Culture Change, Strategic Planning, Performance Assessment, and Leadership Development. Lisa works with leaders at all levels of the organization, from scoping project requirements with Team Leaders to project-wide implementation and sustainment of results. Lisa also provides Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, resulting in improved organizational effectiveness and achievement of professional and team-specific goals. Additionally, they facilitate strategic planning sessions for individual teams, resulting in clarity of goals and deliverables.

Lisa Oliveira (Carrick) completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Intercultural Religious Studies from Trinity Western University in 2000.
