Matt Weston

Matt Weston began their career in 2003 as a Worship Pastor at Life Church at Schilling Farms. In 2005, they moved to LifeWay Christian Resources as an Event Coordinator. In 2009, they joined Novo Mission as the Director of Field Operations and later became the Managing Director of ChurchNEXT.

Matt Weston completed their undergraduate degree at Mississippi College between 1999 and 2003. Matt then attended Fuller Theological Seminary from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a MA Global Leadership. In 2023, they began a Postgraduate Master's Diploma in Organizational Leadership at the University of Oxford, which they are still pursuing.
