Elza van der Walt

Elza Van der Walt has over 14 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Elza started their career at Ernst & Young in 2007 as an Assistant Manager, gaining experience in external and internal auditing. In 2010, they joined Deloitte Australia as a Senior Analyst and later became a Client Manager. In 2016, they moved to EY as an Engagement Manager for two years. In 2018, they joined Novo Resources Corp as a Commercial Accountant and later became the Group Financial Controller. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Novo Resources Corp.

Elza Van der Walt completed their Honors degree in accounting from the University of the Free State/Universiteit van die Vrystaat between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Menlopark Highschool from 1997 to 2001.
