Justin Jefferson, MB(ASCP), HTL has a comprehensive background in various roles, primarily in the sales and healthcare sectors. Justin worked as the Director of U.S. Sales at Novodiax Inc, where they led the domestic sales team, developed training programs, and improved commercial processes. Prior to that, they served as a Regional Sales Manager for the Central USA region within the same company.

Before joining Novodiax Inc, Justin worked as an Assistant Scientist II at Asuragen for seven years. In this role, they gained experience in scientific research and laboratory work. Additionally, they briefly worked as a STEM Mentor at E4 Youth, where they provided guidance and support to students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Justin also has a research background, having worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. Here, they focused on investigating the neural control of reproductive physiology and behavior, as well as the effects of environmental exposures on the developing nervous and reproductive systems.

Furthermore, Justin has experience in the medical field, having worked as a Medical Assistant at Pflugerville Medical. In this role, they supported Dr. Anthony Russo by scheduling appointments, processing medical records, and assisting with lab work.

Earlier in their career, Justin had a brief stint as the Interim Owner of Jefferson Discount Window Cleaning & Services. Justin also worked as an Assistant at the same company prior to their ownership role.

Justin Jefferson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Genetics & Biotechnology from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have completed several professional education courses at The University of Texas at Austin's Center for Professional Education (CPE). These courses include "Making the Transition from Employee to Manager," "Managing and Supervising People," "Communicating with Candor, Compassion, and Confidence," "Technical Writing," "Public Speaking," and "Dealing with Difficult People," all completed in various years between 2015 and 2022. Justin Jefferson also holds certifications as a Technologist in Molecular Biology (ASCP) and a Histotechnologist (ASCP) obtained from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in 2014 and 2019, respectively. Additionally, they obtained the qualification of Qualified Xpansion Interpreter Analyst from Asuragen in October 2015.
