Melanie Estes, MA Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Melanie began their career as a Customer Service Representative at The Hartford in 1991 before transitioning to a role as a Casualty Claims Adjuster at MetLife in 1992. As a Casualty Claims Adjuster, they investigated, evaluated, negotiated, and settled auto and homeowners casualty claims while also mentoring other employees. In 1997, they shifted gears and became a Learning & Development Consultant at MetLife. Melanie'smost recent position is with NovoEd, starting in 2019. Melanie initially joined NovoEd as a Senior Learning Experience Designer before being promoted to the role of Learning Experience Design Lead in February 2020.
