Zoë Epstein

Zoë Epstein has extensive experience in instructional design and project management. Zoë worked as a Senior Learning Experience Designer (LXD) at NovoEd starting in 2020. Prior to that, they were contracted to GE through Conduent, Inc. from 2013 to 2020, where they designed various training programs for GE clients. Zoë also worked as a Media Literacy Classroom Materials Intern at Project Look Sharp in 2013. Zoë has held multiple roles at Ithaca College, including Receptionist in the HR office and Peer Career Advisor at the Career Services. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for an Adobe Flash course in the Computer Science Department at Ithaca College. Zoë interned as an Instructional Design Intern at Cornell University, where they helped update a certificate program for HR professionals. Zoë also gained experience as a Student Intern at the Tompkins County Finance Department.

Zoë Epstein completed their secondary education at Laguna Beach High School from 2005 to 2009, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Following that, they attended Ithaca College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Management and Design. Zoë concentrated on Instructional Technology during their studies and also pursued minors in English and Computing Technologies. Apart from their formal education, Zoë has also obtained a certification in First Aid & CPR from the National Safety Council, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
