Felipe Santos

Felipe Santos has extensive experience in IT and process management, currently serving as IT Manager at Novofarma Service S.A. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Felipe held various senior managerial positions at LATAM Airlines from November 2005 to April 2024, including Senior Manager of Maintenance Processes and Systems, responsible for the maintenance processes of a fleet of 320 aircraft. Felipe led teams of over 70 professionals and was instrumental in implementing the Maintenix system. Earlier experience includes a position at Telefónica Chile, where Felipe developed expertise in business processes related to customer care, billing, and collection. Felipe holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Chile and a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
