Jasper Terhalle

Jasper Terhalle currently serves as HR Manager at Novoferm Nederland since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jasper was HR Director and Human Resources Manager at Xelvin from April 2020 to April 2023. Jasper previously worked for Wavin Group from 2004 to April 2020, holding various positions including HR Manager for Benelux and Wavin Nederland, and serving as an HR Advisor for multiple divisions. Jasper's career in human resources began at BV Twentsche Kabelfabriek as a Personnel Officer from 2001 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from TSM Business School and additional studies at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Currently, Jasper also serves as a board member of the Owase pension fund and is a member of the Management Team at Wavin Nederland since January 2012.
