Amber Washnock

Amber Washnock, PHR has had a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amber started their career at Formica Corporation in 2003 as a Human Resources Generalist, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they joined Medpace and held various roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, Associate Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Generalist. In 2018, they joined Novolex as a Sr. HR Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources. Currently, Amber is serving as the Vice President of Human Resources-Performance Solutions at Novolex.

Amber Washnock, PHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Northern Kentucky University. Amber also obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
